Efekt techniky zahnutej ihly pri podaní anestézie na nervus alveolaris inferior

Cieľom krátkeho súhrnného článku je overenie efektu zahnutej ihly pri podávaní anestézie na nervus alveolaris inferior na súbore vlastných pacientov. Autori porovnávajú rôzne techniky podania zvodovej anestézie na nervus alveolaris inferior a hodnotia kvalitu anestézie a mieru bolesti pri jednotlivých technikách podania. Predstavujú techniku používania zahnutej ihly ako jednoduchú a efektívnu možnosť pre zubných lekárov, ktorí s ňou nemajú skúsenosti.

The effect of the angulated needle technique of anaesthesia into the inferior alveolar nerve

The aim of this short review article is to verify the effect of an angulated needle technique into the inferior alveolar nerve while administering anaesthesia in a group of patients. The authors compare different techniques of administering anodal anaesthesia and their impact to the inferior alveolar nerve, and evaluate the quality of anaesthesia and the degree of pain at particular techniques. They present the angulated needle technique as a simple and effective option for unexperienced dentists.
