Rhombic transposition flaps in reconstruction of cutaneous facial defects
- KLINIKA STOMATOLÓGIE A MAXILOFACIÁLNEJ CHIRURGIE UPJŠ LF V KOŠICIACH
The authors present the possibilities of reconstruction of facial skin defects using the rhombic transposition flaps. The review summarizes current knowledge about the types, modifications and surgical techniques of various flaps. The theoretical part is supplemented by an analysis of a group of 16 patients, based on which the authors recommend the classical Limberg type of rhombic transposition flap.
