Medial temporomandibular joint disc displacement

Medial displacement of the temporomandibular joint disc is a less common type of internal derangement. It has less typical clinical symptoms than anterior displacement, which is much more common in clinical practice. The authors present a brief summary of information about this disease, supplemented by case report.
