Management of Bilateral Impaction of Upper Canines with Asymmetric Eruption Prognosis – A Case Report

Bilateral impaction of maxillary canines is a clinically challenging condition, especially when the initial tooth position is unfavorable. This case report presents the treatment of a patient with bilateral impaction of maxillary canines and an unfavorable prognosis for orthodontic eruption on one side. Despite the unfavorable initial position of the canine, both canines were successfully aligned within the dental arch. The case report highlights the need for a differentiated treatment approach on each side.
